Witness

Witness

The next morning he woke up and was traumatised from the night before, he was sweating and panicking and was wondering if it was all a dream. Frankie got flashbacks of the three tall men and everything he heard was tormenting him in his head. Panicking and worrying he knew he had to escape and find a new place to live to get away and turn his back on all the danger, a new job was his priority and he would do anything to get one as he was unemployed in the most unpleasant way he wanted. Frankie was the witness of something he believed was demonic, rage and anger hit him like a double barrel shotgun, he was pissed off that he had lost his job as a kid and wanted to overcome all of his problems. The thought of still being followed haunted him and made him terrified for every step he took. Frankie got even more angry the thought of losing his job and the fact that he could still be followed. He grabbed a knife off the table and ran onto the street. The kid stormed towards the first person he saw and jammed the knife straight into the mans chest. Blood splattered everywhere and frankie was covered in red. He was uncontrollable and insane and was annoyed because he thought he had nothing to live for anymore. Immediately, sirens in the distance rang and echoed until the police arrived to frankie, the young kid wanted to hand himself in and didn’t care about anyone. Frankie witnessed something evil and now he wanted to be evil.

LOSS part 2

LOSS

Staying at home for days with out my Mam I couldn’t stress enough so I came up with an idea to help  me and my sister to get out this place. I told my sister “don’t panic I’ve got the best idea we need to find away to get away from this shithole before dad treats us like shit”

Me and my sister decided to lie to my father and say we’re packing our bags to stay over at my cousins house but really we were planning an escape. My father knew something wasn’t right but suspiciously he still let us go. We began the journey of trying to free our minds as long as trying to find my helpless and emotionally destroyed mother. As we left the demonic house I no longer wanted to look back as bad memories of my father hit me like a left hook just like he hit my mother in the past.

Immediately, I went on my phone and removed “dad” from my phone, I did not want the disrespectful person contacting me ever again after he made my mum leave. Anger and frustration built up for ever step I took. I told my sister “stay close to me and everything will be ok” My sister was still so oblivious to everything, I still refused to tell her what was going on as we carried on walking to the distance. All I hear in my head is arguing and fighting as I sweat in fear. What is my mum doing right now? Will she be ok? Everytime my sister looked at me I looked away in terror as I could not look at her stressed eyes.

As we carried on walking, we saw a figure in the distance, short curly hair, we slowly walked forward to meet the figure... it was my dad.

250 word story

  1. 250 word story (What if you received a letter)

  2. Driving home anxiously, was the father and his son. James had finished his football trial near his school and was wondering and reflecting on his performance on how well he think he did. John, the father, calmed James down and John discussed that James did fantastic and that he would definitely get accepted for his favourite football team. James was a fantastic footballer who was determined and very passionate about football. He would do anything to play football especially to get accepted for his chosen football team. John was a happy and persuading dad who always believed in his son and always supported him. As the sun shines down on their car they approach their house ever so closer, they were told by the football team that James would receive a letter if he was accepted or declined. James and John lived together as father and son after relationship problems that caused separation between the father and ex wife. James was motivated in life as he wanted to make his father proud through his hard work and success. Slowly, John drives towards the driveway outside their house and turns off the car engine. Nervously, James looks towards John as he still continued to think he didn’t do well enough to achieve his goal. Peacefully, both James and John enter their house and James swfiftly goes to his bedroom. Despite relationship problems between the father, son and mother, James always kept a picture of his mother on the wall as he wanted to prove that he is better than she thought and he will achieve his dreams. He always saw the picture as if his mother was actually there watching to make her jealous of what James thinks he’s about to achieve. Patiently, James and John had to wait 1 week to find out if he was accepted or declined.
Logline - James (son) and John (father) wait anxiously to find out if James can do his father proud after their relationship problems with his mother. Will football be James success? Or will he have to face disappointment yet again.

All Things Cricket

Childhood memories
I watched cricket every day, only ever talked about cricket and only ever thought about cricket. When I played cricket I would beat all of my class mates which made all the other parents upset with me getting the best hits out of everyone. I practised my swing for hours in my back garden, hitting imaginary balls with a force similar to Thors hammer. So once parents weren't got me to play with professionals I was pumped, rearing to go, I would think of beating them every night, I perfected my swing wore the most cricket like hat I could fined, I met them, it was awesome./Ethan

The friend that helped me to get better was a older cousin, tall and good at cricket. Very kind and happy to help and always looked on the positive of things. He liked helping others but was usually busy with his own work, whenever he got chance he would help out and do what he can. - Lewis
